Redline 50
Our signature treadmill and strength-floor format. Expect timed run blocks, heavy compound lifts, and coach-led recovery windows that keep the room moving together.
Downtown performance studio
Ironline Performance is a fictional red-lit training studio built around coached intervals, serious strength work, and the kind of room energy that keeps you coming back.
The Method
Every Ironline class is built on a split-room format we call the 3-Lane System: engine, load, and output. You move through coached cardio intervals, strength blocks, and short benchmark efforts that make progress easy to feel and simple to track.
The studio floor is programmed in four-week waves, so workouts never feel random. One week may focus on acceleration and hinge strength; the next may build threshold capacity, upper body power, or longer sustained efforts. Coaches give options for every station, but the intent stays clear.
The room is intense without being chaotic. Lights drop, music hits, and the coach keeps the class moving with precise cues, form checks, and enough recovery to make each push honest.
Class Types
Each format has a clear training goal, a fixed duration, and a coach responsible for keeping the session challenging, organized, and approachable for first-timers.
Our signature treadmill and strength-floor format. Expect timed run blocks, heavy compound lifts, and coach-led recovery windows that keep the room moving together.
A conditioning circuit built around rowers, sled pushes, kettlebell work, and short explosive intervals. It is gritty, athletic, and built for stamina.
Strength-first programming for members who want measurable progress. Coaches guide tempo, range, load selection, and form across every block.
Boxing-inspired rounds with bag work, footwork, medicine balls, and core finishers. No ring experience required, just focus and controlled power.
Lower-impact but far from easy. Mobility, unilateral strength, tempo holds, and steady cardio help you build capacity without beating up your joints.
Partner stations, benchmark challenges, and a louder room. This is the class members book when they want a hard push and a post-session high-five.

Meet the Coaches
Run mechanics / conditioning
Maya coaches with sharp cues and calm precision, especially when the room gets loud. Her classes balance speed, form, and enough recovery to make the next push count.
Strength blocks / Olympic lifting
Andre is known for helping members lift heavier without losing control. He gives clear progressions, watches every rep, and makes strength training feel accessible.
Hybrid circuits / endurance
Rin builds sessions that feel like a race plan: efficient, focused, and strangely addictive. Members trust Rin for pacing strategy and sustainable intensity.
Boxing / core power
Jules brings fight-sport energy without ego. Expect crisp combinations, athletic footwork, and a class atmosphere that turns nervous first-timers into regulars.

Community / Events
Ironline runs monthly benchmark nights, eight-week team challenges, charity sweat sessions, and post-class recovery meetups with local food and wellness partners. The events are designed to make progress visible and the studio feel less like a transaction.
New members are paired with a coach for their first week and invited into a small team chat for accountability. You can come in alone, but you will not stay anonymous for long.
