Private fitness, recovery, and hospitality
The Meridian Club is a fictional premium urban fitness club created for members who want elite coaching, restorative amenities, and a composed environment that respects their time.
Explore MembershipThe Club
Meridian was imagined as an antidote to the crowded, transactional gym. The club brings together precise coaching, beautiful equipment, recovery therapy, and quiet hospitality so training becomes part of a larger standard of living.
Members move between strength work, conditioning, swim, bodywork, and focused rest with a staff that sees the whole picture. The goal is not simply to make workouts harder; it is to make progress more intelligent, repeatable, and sustainable.
Every detail is intentionally restrained, from the warm black stone and bronze accents to the appointment-led flow of the training atelier. It should feel like entering a private hotel where the service happens to be built around your body.
Facilities & Amenities
A gallery-like strength and conditioning floor with Eleiko platforms, calibrated free weights, sled lanes, and discreet coach stations.
Three climate-controlled lanes, soft deck lighting, and reserved swim blocks for laps, low-impact conditioning, and guided aquatic recovery.
Private treatment rooms for bodywork, lymphatic massage, compression therapy, and restorative appointments coordinated around your training plan.
A quiet, appointment-only studio for assessments, strength progressions, Pilates apparatus work, and small-group technical coaching.
An edited hospitality space with espresso service, work banquettes, cold-pressed juices, and a calmer place to transition back into the day.
Dry sauna, eucalyptus steam, rain showers, and chilled towels designed for deliberate recovery rather than a rushed locker-room stop.
Personalized Training
Private training begins with a movement screen, training history, recovery habits, and a practical conversation about what your week can actually hold. From there, Meridian's senior coaches build 1:1 and small-group programs that blend strength, mobility, conditioning, and recovery into one measured plan.

Member Experience
“Meridian feels considered in a way most clubs do not. My trainer understands my calendar, the recovery team knows when to pull back, and the space never feels chaotic.”
“I joined for the equipment and stayed for the level of care. Every session has a purpose, but there is no theater around it. Just excellent people doing precise work.”
“The pool, steam rooms, and lounge have become part of my work week. It is the rare place where training hard and recovering well are treated as the same discipline.”
Meridian keeps membership intentionally measured so the club remains composed, the appointment book stays humane, and every member receives a standard of attention that cannot be mass-produced.
